Dong Son's Oolong Black tea
This Black tea can be called Oolong black tea or Honey black tea because its taste is sweet of honey, ripe fruits neither honey nor sugar in the tea. The tea is hand-plucked and made from Jin Xuan tea plans which is cultivated in between 1,000 to 1,100 meters height compared with the sea level, covered with clouds and mist all year around, nice and cool weather in four seasons, with wonderful fresh air.
Dried Leaf :a rolled tea leaf that has a toasted aroma. Presented as a rolled ball similar to oolong tea.
Tea Liquor : a bright liquor with a dark amber colour.
Taste : First impressions are a fairly sweet tea with flavor of honey, malt and nuts but there is a little bitterness in aftertaste. The tea is best for only 3-4 infusions and lost a lot of its taste after that.
Preparation Instructions: Water temperature for making oolong tea should be about 95 degrees Celsius (203 degrees Fahrenheit). Black tea should be steeped for approximately 3-5 minutes belong to how much tea you are using.
